2014's first meeting in France
The conference had just started with a very simple idea. Two Korean guys resident and working in Europe, while grapping some beer, suddenly had agreed that it would be very enjoyable if Korean IP professionals working in Europe gather together. They had expected that there would be not so many Koreans in this field, but had been surprised that there are more Koreans than expected, spreaded throughout Europe.
A French firm, Plasseraud, and one of its partner, Ms. Ellen Kim, were so kind to provide a meeting room of the firm to hold an event. Around 20 people came to Paris to participate the event.
There were four presentations concerning European IP issues. Every speaker was well prepared to present impressive and persuasive seminars to the audiances. Anyway, it was close to a casual meeting rather than a strict conference, so everyone was busy with chatting with each other.
After the conference, there was a Korean style dinner at a restaurant, SAMBUJA, in Paris. After the dinner, people went to Norebang and showed off their singing.

Everybody Kimchi!

It was the first time for having lunch together. It could be a little bit awkward atmosphere. Everybody might have wondered what this meeting is for. Can you read it from their subtle expressions?

Even though the seminar was held after the lunch, everyone listened to the speaker with enormous concentration without dozing off for a single second.

Without any exaggerations, Korean food in Paris with some soju together with good people was something such delicious that you will never find even in a Michelin 3 star restaurant.
